Parcell is an all-in-one NFT trading platform that allows you to fractionalize your NFTs and distribute them across the platform to be owned and traded by users. Fractional ownership lets you profit from trading activity while still holding your assets.

The ecosystem fractionalizes your NFT into parcells. Users can then trade the assets using the in-house token, CELLs. Also, this gives users access to high-value assets that they otherwise would not be able to own.

The Goal

The goal is to create a mobile blockchain application allowing users to buy, sell, and evaluate NFTs inside a complete digital asset ecosystem.

The Challenge

Currently, over 67% of the total web visits occur through mobile devices, and around 32% come from desktops. However, (at the time of this writing) experiences in the NFT space do not have a mobile-first approach or a mobile application to support their desktop experience. Furthermore, users experience financial barriers to high value assets.

The Solution

We set out to create a self-sustaining NFT asset exchange ecosystem.  A decentralized mobile application that allows the user to store assets, act as a liquidity providers, and collect a fee through a custom token.  In addition, the native token serves to enhance the application's level of security. The integrated wallet holds the native token and any additional assets being stored.  When Tier 1 users store (stake) their assets, the assets are broken down into fractionalized NFT’s or parcels (PAR).  Parcels are then traded freely between Tier 2 users at a reduced cost, inside of the custom exchange.  The interface allows assets to be searched, evaluated and purchased through the app using the native token (CELL).  Every NFT purchase will have an associated fee,  paid back to the Tier 1 user in exchange for staking their assets staked inside the ecosystem.
